Company

Robert and Kristine Dunlap are the sole owners and manage all operations at AMG Services, Inc dba Advantage Mortgage Group.  Bob started the company in June 1997, and Kris left her job at Vanguard to join him in the family business in July 2002.  A conscious decision was made to keep the business small, which allows us to be personally involved and readily available to our clients.  We have been in the same location in West Brandywine Township since 2004 and welcome in-person visits from clients at any time.  The goal of Advantage Mortgage Group is to create lasting relationships where clients come back to us for all future mortgage-financing needs. 

Because of our daily, hands-on approach, we have built a tremendous amount of knowledge about the mortgage industry.  Purchasing or refinancing a home is a significant financial decision and we take the time to fully educate our clients so they can make the best choices for their situation.  Our contacts include a large network of real estate agents and title companies throughout Pennsylvania as well as professional relationships with 50+ nationwide lenders.  We have the knowledge and network to help you!
